You must provide:
- Images of outer package with shipping label
- Images of parcel from all sides
- Images of inner contents
- Complete unboxing video
Failure to provide these within 24 hours may lead to rejection.
Cancellation:

Yes, but only immediately after placing the order and before it is processed or shipped.

No, once the order is shipped or in transit, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Policy & Applicable Deductions

- Payment gateway charges, and
- Actual forward and reverse courier/shipping charges
incurred for sending and returning the package will be deducted from the total order amount before the refund is issued.

To ensure complete transparency, whenever any deduction is made under the above conditions, we will share the relevant supporting documents, such as:
- Payment gateway transaction reports, or
- Courier invoices/charge details
as proof of the actual costs incurred.
